What is Midwest Coffee Culture?

Our approach is simple. We want to provide you with the best, locally roasted, craft coffees in the Midwest area on a monthly basis delivered right to your door.
We help make home brewing better by offering delicious and artfully roasted coffee as well as brewing accessories all on our shop.

How does the Roast of the month work?

Our Roast of the Month offers a monthly delivery of craft coffee from handpicked Midwest coffee roasters. When you sign up, you can choose which charity you would like to donate to with your subscription. Once the order is placed, we send off the 12 oz of fresh beans right to your doorstep. The next step is easy, brew and enjoy!

How do donations from the roast of the month work?

To help give back to our communities, a portion of profits from subscriptions sold through our Roast of the Month Club is donated to charities in our area on an annual basis. These charities are The Humane Society of Wisconsin and The Hope House of Milwaukee. Read more about these charities and the work we're doing with them here!

how do I send coffee or other products as a gift?

Gift card options are in the works. No fear, you can still surprise someone with delicious coffee!

how does shipping work?

With our Roast of the Month Subscription, shipping is free. Always. These items are shipped out on the first Monday of every month and roasted just days before.
With other products you may purchase on our store, shipping is calculated at checkout. Any coffee you purchase from one of our vendors is roasted fresh and shipped out to you no more than 2 days after roasting.

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship to all U.S. states with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska.

how can i get free shipping?

When you subscribe to our Roast of the Month club, shipping is always free.
For other orders, you are eligible for free shipping when you spend $75 or more.

how can i cancel my order?

Because all coffee orders are roasted to order, those orders cannot be canceled, although, we will do our best to modify or review your order.
Subscriptions through Roast of the Month can be canceled without charge up until 1 p.m. CST the day before the first Monday of every month.

when do i get billed for roast of the month?

Billing for Roast of the Month occurs on the first day of every month.

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

do you offer ground coffee?

At the moment, we only offer whole bean coffee. Think we're crazy? Read our blog post about why whole bean is better.
